SHIPPING
We ship via Canada Post. For purchases over $200, shipping is free. The shipping rate for orders under $200 within Canada is a flat fee of $19. We currently do not ship outside of Canada. For standard shipments please allow 1-3 days for handling and between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. We ship Monday-Friday, so weekend orders may take 2 or 3 days for fulfillment. If you require expedited/express shipping please email glenda@bonretour.com to arrange- please note there is an extra fee for this service. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.
RETURNS
Please note that all items are FINAL SALE. At this time we are not accepting returns in store or online. For more questions regarding an online item please call (604) 370-1951.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 48 hours following payment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
